How I put positivity in motion.
Yoga is a positive experience because it nurtures the whole person – body, mind, and spirit – in a way that few other practices do. Physically, it feels good – allowing students to stretch and move with intention, really listening to and honoring the physical body. Mentally and Spiritually, the combination of movement, breath, and meditation boosts mood, promotes self-awareness, encourages presence, and fosters gratitude. Outside of Sultivate, I love to spend time in nature. Whether it’s hiking through Sedona’s trails, soaking in desert sunsets, or kayaking on a lake – nature grounds me. When I’m not on the mat or exploring the wild, you’ll find me hanging out with my dog Delilah – she’s my bestie!
