Classes at Sultivate – Sedona fitness options
We offer a few different Pilates class options at our Sedona Pilates Studio.
Reformer Pilates Classes: a full body workout every time. This class is a combo of strength and cardio.
Sweat Pilates Classes: a fun and fast paced class taught at a quick clip. You’ll leave feeling refreshed, rejuvenated, and a little sweaty!
Relax Pilates Classes: when you are lacking the motivation to move but know you need to. Our Relax class is perfect for getting a light workout in and draining the tensions of the day (or week) from your body.
Each Pilates class is taught in progression so its suitable for every skill level. Perform the base-level exercise or make it harder/easier with the alternate version.
We also offer a couple Group Fitness classes at our Sedona Studio.
Barre: to trim, tighten, and tone your body. We’ll use isometric holds and small controlled movements to really pinpoint specific muscles to work out.
TRX/HIIT: to target your major muscle groups and get your heart rate up at the same time.
All five Pilates and Fitness classes work together to create a comprehensive fitness plan.
