Jenna Endicott, a professional dancer based out of Arizona, realized her love for Pilates after committing to a full comprehensive teacher training program through Pilates Sports Center. She hoped to utilize Pilates as a method of cross-training, a way to help prolong her dance career, and finally, to fortify her skills as a dance teacher. Because of her background in dance, she instantly connected with mat Pilates. It felt intuitive and the core concepts were similar to those used in dance. Her love for Pilates grew further as she was introduced to new equipment. After completing her teaching training in 2018, Jenna joined a team of incredible instructors at Remedy Pilates in Phoenix, Arizona. She has also taught Pilates classes across the country for dancers attending Celebrity Dance Conventions. Her classes incorporate a mixture of dynamic motion and resistance training, as well as a good dose of stretch and relaxation. When she in not teaching Pilates, Jenna is busy helping direct Celebrity Dance, a national dance competition and convention event company. Some of Jenna's dance credits include 'So You Think You Can Dance' (Season 9), Netflix's 'Dancing Queen', and Travel Channel's 'Xtreme Waterparks'. She has been invited to audition for Cirque du Soleil and is part of their database of performers. She also performs locally with various Arizona-based dance companies

How I put positivity in motion.
I try to remove pressure from the room! I believe your workouts should be your daily escape. So I try to create an atmosphere to zone out and zoom into themselves for a moment.

I love to dance, spend time outdoors, be with friends and family, travel and eat!, anything involving my dogs!
