Classes
Reformer
Our Reformer class is going to be a full body workout each time. We will work each muscle group, ensuring you leave class feeling completely worked-out! This class is suitable for all levels from beginner to intermediate students. This class is taught in progressions giving multiple options for each student. This class is also suitable for students with injuries as options will be given for each individual body.
Sweat
Our Sweat class is a fun, fast paced class maximizing calorie burn! We will be moving at a quicker pace then our Reformer class and incorporating weights, HIIT, Barre, and cardio elements. Each class will be different and a total surprise! This class is suitable for all levels from beginner to intermediate. This class is taught in progressions giving multiple options for each student. This class may not be the best option for those with injuries, specifically knee injuries. Feel free to ask an instructor if you’d like to know if this class is right for you!
Relax
Our Relax class is the perfect way to slow down and unwind. In this class we will be dimming the lights, slowing down, and focusing on stretching our bodies. This class is stretching amplified by using our reformer equipment. This class is suitable for all levels from beginner to intermediate. This class is taught in progressions giving multiple options for each student. This class is also a great option for with injuries.

Barre
Our barre workout is designed to trim, tighten and tone your entire body with an emphasis on defining your glutes and legs. By using small, controlled movements, isometric holds and high repetition, you can develop a strong, long, and lean physique in record time. Our Barre workout is also great for toning your upper body and core.
Yoga
Full-body relaxation and balance are the goals, as we make a full circuit of the body’s range of motion with standing postures, twists, backbends, forward folds, and hip openers.
Strength Training
In our Strength Training class, members can expect to use a variety of different equipment, which will contribute to their workout where they will build strength, get lean and toned, and develop coordination and balance.
Mat Pilates
Mat based Pilates class focuses on strength, stability, posture, proper breath control and flexibility. Each class will work to balance all muscle groups’ strength and flexibility, with an emphasis on challenging the core muscles with each movement. Classes will be taught using slow, controlled movements.
Rebounding

TRX/HIIT
TRX classes cover every major muscle group with TRX strap exercises and movements. We will also be adding in some HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) to get the heartrate up and burn the max amount of calories!
Zumba
Everybody and every body! Each Zumba® class is designed to bring people together to sweat it on. A total workout, combining all elements of fitness – cardio, muscle conditioning, balance and flexibility, boosted energy and a serious dose of awesome each time you leave class.
