Ranger Joe is the owner and lead trainer for The Studio Group Fitness. Formally a State Park Ranger, Joe has since left his forestry career to return full-time to his true passion for health and fitness. Joe will be the man to write all of the programing for our Strength Training and TRX/HIIT classes.
Joe specializes in Powerlifting movements and functional strength training. Joe has over 15 years of weight training and sports experience. In 2008 and 2009 he earned the rank of High School State Champion and All-American in USAPL Powerlifting. In 2016 Joe acquired his Certified Personal Trainer accreditation from The National Academy of Sports Medicine and has been training clients since 2017. Joe specializes in Powerlifting movements and functional strength training.
Joe also specializes in nutrition. He will write you up a meal plan personalized to meet your fitness needs. His meal plans range from basic caloric deficits to macro counting. Feel free to ask him more, and he will get you all set up!
