Rose Ortiz-Unruh is a long-time Verde Valley resident. and real estate professional. She has been teaching Zumba since 2008. Becoming a fitness instructor at age 40, she discovered she had a knack for making her students feel at ease. Come to Zumba and get your mojo back! Zumba is a Latin based cardio dance fitness class. Everyone just follows along and before you know it, you are sweating to the beat! Zumba is tons of fun and burns lots of calories! Rose is certified in Group Fitness, Zumba, Zumba Gold, Zumba Kids, Aqua Zumba, Zumba Step and Zumba Toning.
